Can you email photos of your diamonds?

No. We do not stock diamonds, but display the diamond lists of wholesale merchants through web site. Photos are not used in the diamond market because they are useless in showing diamond quality. They have to be enhanced to look good. Learn to read a diamond report on our Diamond Grade pages and you will be able to accurately pick good looking diamonds.

Do you offer financing of purchase from your site?

No. Financing is costly to set up and maintain so would force us to raise our prices.

Why are your prices so much lower than other vendors?

We maintain a low overhead with no store front, simple web sites, no advertising and no jewelry stock in advance of your order. Our savings are passed on to the customer.

Will you accept orders from other countries?

We will accept orders in $US paid by International Money Orders or direct Bank Wire to our account from anywhere in the world. However we can only insure shipping to about 40 countries at this time, so cannot guarantee safe delivery to the others.

How much is the sales tax and shipping cost of my order?

There is no sales tax when shipped outside Thailand. Within Thailand, the sales tax is 7%. Shipping is by FedEx overnight costing $30 or 2nd day air costing $15 within the US. Items costing over $1000 are shipped overnight because it is more secure and is required to be covered by insurance. Insurance costs are $5 per each $1000 of value.
